We are thrilled to announce the return of the Cleaver Club this winter! This exclusive event is a celebration of our BUTCHERY and KITCHEN coming together to bring you an unforgettable meat dining experience.

Event Details:

  • Dates: Friday 31st January | Friday 28th February | Friday 21st March | Friday 25th April
  • Time: Arrive at your booked time slot starting from 6pm

What to Expect:

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed to your table where you can enjoy a drink and some delightful nibbles such as grissini, gordal olives, Arreton Valley root vegetable crisps and smoked almonds. After you’ve settled in, you will be shown to the butchery whereby our expert team will guide you through an interactive experience. You’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of cuts of meat, tailored to your tastes, or even try something new that excites your interest!

Once you’ve selected your preferred cut of meat, it will be transferred to our kitchen team, where our talented chefs will prepare it to your liking. Each dish will be garnished and served with a carefully chosen garnish, and served with your choice of sauces and sides.
